The island is accessible from most of the
world. Majority of travelers originate from Holland and France. If you're traveling from Europe, your best bet is to take KLM Royal
Dutch or Air France. These carriers have non-stops from Amsterdam
and Paris respectively. From North America, American, Continental,
and US Airways offer non-stop service into the island. There are
also numerous charter carriers who service Princess Juliana Airport.

Orbitz Search Tips
1. Travel on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday traditionally costs less. If your
travel plans are flexible, consider these days. 2. Buy your ticket as far in advance as possible. Fares are often lower when purchased 7, 14 or 21 days in advance. 3. Stay over a Saturday night. Many airlines have made this a requirement for reduced fares. 4. Book travel during holidays, or other peak periods, as early as possible. On Orbitz you can book up to 11 months in advance. 5. Consider using airports outside your originating and destination cities. (For instance, fly into Orange County instead of Los Angeles, or depart Providence instead of Boston.) It may require a longer drive, but the money you save could make it worthwhile.
